The Hansen story
From father to son. Nothing else changes.
Lynn started writing policies in 1981, and he never left. The same families kept coming back — first for health coverage, then for Medicare when the time came, then for the life policy they'd been putting off. And then their children came, because their parents told them to.
Brett grew up inside all of it. The phone calls at dinner. The folders spread across the kitchen table every fall. The neighbors who stopped Lynn in the grocery store to ask about a bill they didn't understand — and got a real answer, right there in the aisle.
Lynn is starting to step back now. Brett is stepping in. Not taking over from a stranger, not buying a book of business — stepping into the seat he grew up next to. The office is the same. The phone numbers still get answered by a Hansen. And the way things get done here — slowly, plainly, until you actually understand what you're signing — stays exactly the way Lynn built it.
